Sadhana Global THTL Centre Director & Transformation Catalyst
Sadhana is a psychologist, educator, and transformation practitioner dedicated to the service of humanity through the integration of psychology, neuroscience, yogic science, and value-based education. With a Master’s degree in Psychology (Guidance and Counselling) and a Certificate in Counselling, she brings a deep understanding of human behaviour, emotional development, and inner transformation to her work in guiding individuals and institutions toward holistic growth.
Having served in the education sector as a teacher and later as a Headmistress (HM), Sadhana gained extensive experience in academic leadership, student development, and educational administration. Recognising the limitations of purely information-based schooling, she chose to step away from her formal institutional role in order to dedicate her life more fully to the higher mission of human upliftment, spiritual growth, and educational transformation.
Her work is guided by the teachings of SamarthGuru and Rama Mata, under whose guidance she walks the path of disciplined inner transformation as a committed disciple within the sacred Guru–Śiṣya paramparā.
Sadhana serves as a Trustee and a strong pillar of the Rama Samarth Yog Parampara Trust (RSYPT), where she provides pivotal support to multiple wings of the organisation. In this capacity, she actively contributes to IT systems management, interdepartmental coordination, strategic communication, and guidance on the progression of various institutional and humanitarian projects undertaken by the trust. Her ability to integrate administrative clarity with visionary purpose enables the smooth functioning and growth of diverse initiatives within the organisation.
As Global Centre Director and Transformation Catalyst, Sadhana plays a key role in advancing programmes dedicated to human transformation, inner development, and conscious leadership. Her work increasingly explores the research interface between yogic sciences and modern disciplines such as neuroscience and epigenetics, examining how disciplined yogic practices, breath regulation, meditation, and ethical living influence brain function, emotional regulation, cognitive clarity, and gene expression.
Through this interdisciplinary perspective, she contributes to the development of research-informed frameworks for human transformation, bridging ancient contemplative traditions with contemporary scientific inquiry. Her focus includes areas such as:
* Neuroscience of meditation and attention regulation
* Epigenetic influences of lifestyle, breath, and contemplative practices
* Psychological resilience and emotional regulation through yogic methodologies
* Holistic educational frameworks that integrate cognition, consciousness, and character development
A central pillar of Sadhana’s vision is the revival of the Gurukulam model of education, rooted in the timeless Guru–Śiṣya Paramparā. She is deeply passionate about establishing Gurukulams that nurture the complete development of children—intellectually, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. These institutions would integrate modern knowledge with Vedic wisdom, ethical grounding, contemplative practices, and experiential learning, thereby transforming the current education system from a knowledge-delivery model into a wisdom-centred developmental process.
Sadhana is also deeply committed to the upliftment and empowerment of women, recognising their vital role in shaping families, communities, and the moral fabric of society. Through counselling, mentorship, and spiritual guidance, she supports women in rediscovering their inherent strength, dignity, and leadership potential.
Driven by compassion and spiritual commitment, Sadhana has dedicated her life, energy, and resources to the service of suffering humanity. Her work reflects a deep conviction that genuine transformation must arise from inner awakening and manifest through responsible action in the world.
Through her leadership and service, she aspires to contribute to the creation of a future where education awakens wisdom, science aligns with consciousness, and individuals evolve into compassionate, self-aware, and socially responsible beings—thereby contributing to the emergence of a more harmonious and enlightened global society.
